1. Emergency Restoration Services & Authorization

When requesting emergency board-up, firefighting water extraction, structural soot cleaning, or contents pack-out, the property owner or authorized representative must execute a standard Work Authorization and Assignment of Insurance Benefits agreement. This agreement authorizes our certified technicians to enter the premises, perform emergency mitigation to prevent secondary damage, and communicate directly with the property insurance company.

2. Insurance Billing & Estimates

All restoration and reconstruction scopes are priced using industry-standard Xactimate software at prevailing regional rates for Cook County, Illinois. While we work directly with most major insurance carriers to reconcile estimates, the property owner remains ultimately responsible for applicable deductibles and non-covered building improvements.

3. Safety & Site Clearance

Our technicians mobilize only after local fire department officials have confirmed site clearance and confirmed the structure is safe for emergency entry. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend mitigation if hazardous structural conditions, exposed high-voltage wiring, or severe biohazard contaminants require specialized engineering shoring or environmental abatement.
